Within the Museum’s 30,500 square feet of exhibits, a variety of event space accommodates up to 400+ for cocktail receptions, or 65 guests for seated dinners. Tables and chairs are included with rentals. However, if additional are needed beyond what the museum has available, then the client will be responsible for renting what they need from an off-site vendor. The Museum’s exhibit space is available for weddings, memorial services, business events, over-the-hill birthday parties and more.
Rental rate: $3,000 for four (4) hours, which includes full access to the Museum.
Note: additional cost of $600 during peak season, October 15-31, as well as on all major holidays.
For each of the following spaces, rental rates are:
$500 weekdays, all day
$800 weekends, all day
Auditorium: 100-seat capacity for lectures and presentations.
Large Classroom: Accommodates 58-80 people, can be arranged for classroom-style, theater-style or workshop settings. A/V equipment is available at additional cost.
Boardroom: Offers conference table with seating for 13, plus additional seating around the perimeter of the room. Rental includes wireless Internet, telephone/speaker phone, continuous coffee and water service. Additional refreshments/catering can be arranged for additional cost.
Dining room/Small Classroom: Accommodates 80-100 for seated dinners, 50 for classroom, 80 theater-style seating. This room can be partitioned into two separate spaces, accommodating 20-30 people each for breakout sessions, etc.
Full kitchen includes double oven, cooktop, sink, dishwasher, standard refrigerator (with freezer), ice machine and serving dishes and utensils. $200 usage fee applies.
