Volunteers Wanted

Please consider donating your time to the Museum to help us further the mission of the NMFH. Volunteers provide a wide range of services that help keep the various departments at the National Museum of Funeral History running smoothly, which enables the Museum to offer the best visitor experience possible. If you like to spend time at museums and help achieve goals alongside others, please submit the volunteer form below to learn about the many volunteer opportunities available.

Docents

Museum Docents are a group of dedicated volunteers who serve as special tour guides for Museum visitors. Docents lead tours of the Museum’s exhibitions for groups who arrange tours in advance. These group tours include grade school students, college and trade school students, senior citizens, funeral industry professionals and others. If you enjoy sharing knowledge and talking about the topics covered by the Museum, we encourage you to submit the volunteer form below to learn about becoming a docent at NMFH.
